the malaysian way would be asalamualaikum! Apa kabar? Sabahan in malaysia would say Okuro-kuro noh? The Hakka Yin would say Zao sin! The Kadazan would be Ingkuo koh? The Indonesian Selamat siang or Salam, Konnichi wa (this one no need to explain), of course not to mention the glorious cantonese: zou san!! or nie hou!! sek zuo fan mei? haha... those are all I can think of now...
